Pacific Beach Ale House Ambiance
When walking into the Pacific Beach Ale House you’ll wonder if you’ve entered an upscale ski lodge; think luxurious log cabin meets the beach. Rich, dark colors create a dramatic interior; plush chocolate leather couches, large chocolate leather booths, and dark wood tables fill the space. The walls are a deep red on the top half and stone on the lower half; a wall of windows allows you to see straight into the microbrewery.
Patio seating is enclosed with glass windows that allow for great views of the Pacific Ocean and Crystal Pier. Heat lamps and a stunning stone fire pit ensure you’re toasty warm on cool nights. For panoramic views of the ocean, pier, and boardwalk, head to the rooftop. Rust orange lights are strung along windbreak windows at night creating a magical scene. No matter which dining space you choose, a TV with the latest sporting events won’t be far away.
Pacific Beach Ale House Food
The menu was carefully created by Executive Chef Eric Sarkisian, who set out to design an inventive seasonal menu. His vision combines fresh, locally sourced ingredients from both land and sea with a fresh twist on traditional cooking methods. Paired with the house Brew Master’s eight craft beers, selections take on an element of magic. PB Ale House offers a wide variety of savory food options. For lunch, dine on starters like Fried Dill Planks – golden beer battered pickles served with a spicy ranch dressing. Enjoy a delicious soup, salad, or one of their famous flatbreads like the Rattlesnake Jalapeno, with bacon, chorizo, achiote cream cheese, and fresh mozzarella. Fish tacos, shrimp and chips, and gourmet burgers and sandwiches are among the delicious Main Event options.
The dinner menu offers the same great tastes as lunch, but ups the ante with their Main Events. Guests can enjoy specialty rib, steak, salmon, and chicken entrees. A popular dish you won’t want to miss out on is the Lobster Mac & Cheese – Maine lobster, rigatoni, shaved parmesan, and white cheddar bechamel. Ask your server to pair one of the PB Ale House renowned craft beers with your entree to take your culinary experience to the next level.
